Check-in/Check-out time

Check-in or check-out time between 9am to 6pm. 
Late check-out (for daily stay) after 6pm will be charged 50% of daily rental rate.

Booking deposit
Deposit of monthly/weekly booking is required 25% of the total amount (rental and room security deposit), for daily stay deposit 1,000 Baht to reserve the booking. We accept the initial deposit with Paypal only.

A returnable security deposit is payable upon check-out if there is no property loses or damages.

Extra bed
No extra bed is available at Sang Serene House

Cancellation policy
Bookings cancelled are non refundable of a deposit amount

Payment policy
Sang Serene House prefers Visa, Master and debit cards.

Loss of keys/key cards
Loss of keys or key cards will be charged at 300 baht each

For monthly stay

Checking out and extending stay According to future bookings, Sang Serene House cannot guarantee extension of stay over the period of your booking

Early check out before the end of your requested booking period will result in forfeit of the deposit. The amount forfeited will be calculated as follows:

Monthly rate divided by thirty multiplied by the amount of days from check out to the end of the booked period

Guests who stay 3 months or longer must give a prior notice at least one month in advance before termination of their renting contract. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of their deposit money.
